Why is my account locked?
To protect your account, we temporarily lock it after 5 incorrect sign-in attempts in a row.
How long does the lock last?
The lock gets longer each time it happens:
First lock: 5 minutes
Second lock: 15 minutes
Further locks: 60 minutes
What if it wasn't me?
If you didn't make these sign-in attempts, someone may be trying to access your account. Once you can sign in, change your password right away and contact our support team.
