What your password must contain
Your password must:
- Be between 5 and 100 characters long
- Include at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- Include at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- Include at least one number (0–9)
- Include at least one special character
We recommend using at least 12 characters. A longer password is much harder to guess than a short one that simply meets the minimum.
Tips for a strong password
- Use a password manager to create and store a unique password
- Use a different password for every service
- Avoid names, birthdays, and words like "password" or "company123"
- Never share your password with anyone, including Fairmay staff. We will never ask for it
